Buell XB9 XB12 Fuel Pump Kit. 2005 - 2009 w/ OEM Walbro 521 + Lifetime Warranty Revision Moto offers the only complete and OEM quality Buell XB Fuel Pump rebuild kit on the market.  For a fraction of the price of a OEM fuel pump assembly you can make yours as good as new! Beware of cheap and incomplete fuel pump kits made up of inferior parts that won't stand the test of time.  Resist the temptation of buying a used pump assembly that is at least 12 years old. Our kit includes the following: OEM Walbro 521 Pump. Ours includes a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects! Fuel Pressure Regulator 49 PSI, which is the OEM requirement. In-Line Fuel Filter Not included in other kits. OEM Grade Fuel Filter Seals This is VERY IMPORTANT!  Other kits include a piece of fuel hose that does not provide proper sealing and is often made of non-submersible material.  The outer layer of a non-submersible hose will rapidly deteriorate when exposed to fuel, eventually causing internal leakage and loss of fuel pressure. OEM Pinch Style Hose Clamps Corrugated Fuel Line Fuel Pump Strainer Submersible Wire Tie This kit is compatible with "later style" fuel pump assemblies found on late 2005 - 2009 XB9 and XB12 models like the one shown below.  These have a HEX shaped drain plug.
