The GS-911 is a diagnostic tool for BMW Motorcycles.  It is a specialized tool consisting of a unique software and hardware combination that allows the BMW motorcycle enthusiast the ability to communicate with the control modules in a safe and controlled manner.  Use the GS-911 to read and clear Diagnostic Fault Codes, show ECU Information, reset Service Reminders, perform Component Function Tests and even Recalibrate Idle Actuation! The intelligent electronic interface works in combination with Windows PC software. This GS-911 features a J1962 (OBD-II) connector and is compatible with all newer EU-4 compliant BMW motorcycles with OBD-II connector ports. PLEASE READ DETAILS, BELOW BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE : The GS911usb model offers a lower cost alternative to the GS911wifi model. The GS-911usb diagnostic program is the same as the more expensive wifi model, but it differs in the following ways : Only works on a Windows PC via provided USB cable . Does not work on Mobile devices or Apple computers unless Windows is installed . This USB model will allow Emergency functionality (read and clear fault codes, view real time data, etc.) on an unlimited number of bikes. However it is limited to 10 VIN's for Service functions such as resetting the service reminder. The USB model cannot be upgraded to the Unlimited Pro model . After 10 VIN numbers have been entered it will continue to read and clear fault codes on an unlimited number of bikes, but it will only perform Service functions on the VIN's that have been entered. The entered VIN numbers cannot be removed. Shipping:

We generelly ship domestic orders via US Postal and UPS. Items specific shipping information is included in the item description above and in the auction details (we reserve the rigth to switch carriers at our sole discression). All items are shipped with tracking which we will provide to you via Pricetronic as soon as the item ships. Please note that some orders may ship individual items from multiple locations.

International Customers:

Items shipped using Pricetronic's Global Shipping Program typically include customs fees/import taxes in the shipping cost provided to you by Pricetronic.

Items shipped by us DO NOT include import duties or taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country/location. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. These charges are not to be confused for additional shipping charges.

Pricetronic’s international delivery estimates are typically unrealistic. International shipments are subject to many factors which often cause delays. If you must have an item by a specific date please contact us prior to purchase.

Post Sale Issues and Returns:

If you have an issue with an order 

We will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Opening a case or leaving negative feedback will 

NOT

 help resolve an issue.

If you need to return an item please contact us first to get an RMA. 

Items returned without an RMA will be refused

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

You may return items for a refund or an exchange so long as it is in as-new condition with all tags and packaging in place (in the case of helmets including an unremoved sticker on the visor).

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for used, installed or worn items, items with damaged packaging, removed tags and missing instructions, etc. for any reason.

USED HELMETS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR LIABILITY REASONS.

Please make sure to get an RMA# from us which will be valid for 14 days. Items not received within 14 days will be refused.

Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. DO NOT use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost.

Unless the error is on our part the customer pays return shipping.

Once we receive the item(s) and make sure they adhere to the conditions above we will refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping is not refundable. For items where the item is shipped "free" actual shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted in addition to the restocking fee.
