WILLY SHINY has been doing chrome wheel exchanges for 20 years . We specialize in chrome plating factory Harley wheels , forks , pulleys, and calipers . We also manufacture cool wheel spacers that hides wheel bearings and ABS sensors . We've set up this set of chrome plated ''Prodigy'' wheels with a set of new polished 320mm rotors so they will fit the new 2024 Street Glides and Road Glides .
This is an exchange program - we send you these chrome plated ''Prodigy'' wheels with polished 320mm rotors and you send us back your factory 2024 5 Spoke wheels and rotors . We also require a 1500.00 core charge due at the time of the sale . We can send a Pay Pal invoice or you can call us with credit card number . Your cores must be in good condition and returned within 30 days . We refurnd your core deposit the same day that we receive your 2024 factory wheels and rotors .
We take great pride in our work and go beyond what others in the same business does when it comes to our wheels :
* We check each wheel for runout before preforming any work to make sure that they are straight .
* We chemical strip the factory finishes rather than sandblast for a smoother base to work with .
* We mask off bearing registers with rubberized paint to prevent plating in those areas.
* We chamfer all square corners of rotor mounting surfaces to prevent excess chrome buildup .
* We surface rotor mounting areas in our mill to prevent rotor wobble.
* We install new bearings in all of our wheels.
* We tap all threaded bolt holes after plating .
