Harley Davidson Chrome Breakout Wheels also known as Turbine Wheels Will fit 2013-2017 Includes Front & Rear Wheels Fits all FXSB These wheels have just been freshly chrome . All of our wheels are completely sanded smooth removing all rough casting , then get polished to a mirror shine before going thru a triple  plating process They look awesome ,any glares you see on the pictures are just reflection from the sun. They have not been install since being chrome..  Bearings are not included . Wheels look awesome. You will be  110% satisfied. Check my feed back In order for your exchange set to qualify as a good core they must meet the following criteria 1.Must be the exact make & model of the set you are exchanging for 2. Must be straight without any damage (for example: no flat spots on the wheel lips, gouges or dings in the bearing hub area, etc.) 3. Must NOT have been previously  plated Exchange Policies : 1 ) We could ship the chrome plated wheels first to avoid any downtime for your bike or you could ship your exchange wheels with payment to avoid any core charge.  2) Wheels being return must be undamage and previously unplated. 3) Return Shipping labels  will be provided with chrome wheels. 4) In your invoice  will include  your chrome exchange price, core charge for the wheels $1100 for USA Bidders (which is refundable once parts are return) and  round trip shipping.
