All of our wheels are completely sanded smooth removing all rough casting , then get polished to a mirror shine before going thru a 5 step plating process They look awesome ,any glares you see on the pictures are just reflection from the sun. They have not been install since being chrome..  Bearings are not included , but avaliable Wheels look awsome.
