We purchased this American turbo-pak kit in a shop buy-out.
We are not Turbo experts .... But we assume the new owner will take it apart and rebuild as needed.
The Turbo spins freely and we were told the small pipe that holds the waste gate was lost or broken.
On the other hand,
We really like the cast alloy manifold, cast heat shield and exhaust manifold.
