CONDITION/DESCRIPTION:  engine is stuck and not turning over, shifts properly, some scratches and wear, left engine cover is cracked around the center mounting hole, no other visible cracks or damage, mounts and fins look ok, some scratches and wear, unable to test compression, oil drained, weighs 50lbs, for parts or repair , please see pictures for additional details.
