Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery time and require a release signature upon delivery. We charge $40 for shipping on items that require freight shipments. We aim to process your order within 3 business days of receiving the order. We ship anywhere within the US. Generally, orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.
To return an item, open a return through your eBay account. We will respond with the return address and an RMA number for you to enclose with the returned product.
Unused products in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of the product. Per eBay policy, items must be shipped back to us within five (5) days of receiving a return shipping label.
