Triumph Trident T150, T160, X75, BSA A75, SS Modified Intake Manifold

These aftermarket high-performance STAINLESS-STEEL clamps work and look much better than OEM clamps.  This listing is for a set of SIX (6), NEW, stainless steel, intake manifold "JUBILEE CLAMPS" (hose clamps) as fitted from the factory on all Triumph Trident T150's, T160's, X75 Hurricanes and BSA Rocket 3, A75's.   These clamps replace Part # 60-0707 or D707 in your Triumph/BSA Triple Parts book.  Described as "Jubilee Clamps", often referred to as "hose clamps", they mount the carburetors to the intake manifold.   Six are required in total, two per carb. These ARE NOT the OEM clamps.  These clamps are specially designed for use on high temperature soft hose applications.  They have an extended tail (see pictures) to protect the hose from being cut by sharp slots on the tightening band of a standard hose clamp.  Unlike standard clamps available at your local automotive supply store, these special clamps do not leave marks and they do not rust.  Plus, they look very professional. They are stainless steel with a zinc plated screw. They will accept a slotted screwdriver for fitting and a 5/16" socket for tightening.  The torque is 35-inch lbs.  The working temperature range of the clamps is from - 40 to +375 degrees Fahrenheit. The band is 1/2" wide and .022" thick. T hey are for use on the OEM intake hoses which have the factory specific O.D. (outside diameter), see pictures.   Do not buy these if you are using non-OEM hoses. They are a snug fit and will not fit larger aftermarket hoses not designed for the OEM triple intake system.
