Your buying one PAIR of mirrors, (2) mirrors. New old stock in the box from the 1970's, 10" tall adjustable stem rear view mirrors for 7/8" handlebars, mirror is 4" across. Made in Japan. MEASURE your handlebars before you buy. Make sure you need a 7/8" clamp. I do not know for sure what all bikes and years they will work on, check your handlebars before you buy.
