Vintage Jammer? springer front end for Harley Davidson,chopper

Springer front end, was marked Jammer.  Rear tube measures about 29" to the hole center. 32" tall from the top of the springs to the end of the tubes. This came out of an old cycle shop and doesn't appear to have been installed. 6-1/2" wide. Tube centers are about 5" apart.
Has been in storage for years.
